IDR is seeking a FP&A Analyst I to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Sparks, NV. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about financial analysis within a dynamic, industry-leading organization. The position involves providing financial analytics
071 and supporting resource planning in a collaborative environment.

• Provide financial analytics and oversight related to budgeting, resource planning, and performance measurement
• Participate in indirect rate planning and analysis activities
• Support the development and execution of financial management plans
• Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of financial deliverables submitted to corporate stakeholders
چھ assist with the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations

• 0-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, orنبال e related field
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare reports and/or projections
MÉ Familiarity with Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
• Ability to leverage emerging financial technologies to enhance modeling, forecasting, and financial insights
• Interest or enthusiasm for the Aerospace and Defense industry
