Hours: 30–40/week |
Pay: $14/hour
Reports to: VP of Creative

Are you the next great advertising writer? Estipona Group is looking for a creative and energetic copywriting intern for Summer 2026. The position will be a mix of remote and in-person work at the Innevation Center, as Estipona Group is fully virtual.

You’ll support the VP of Creative and other team members with ad writing, campaign concepting and various content writing. You’ll do real client work and collaborate with our creative, social media and digital teams, giving you a well-rounded agency experience while you build a portfolio of work. You’ll learn how to present work to clients, how creative ideas come to life and how to convey the same message to different audiences on different platforms — you know, all the cool marketing stuff.

• Have skill and passion for creative writing
• Possess strong grammar and composition skills
• Are proficient in Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat
• Are currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, English or another degree that emphasizes writing
• Are reliable, detail-oriented, collaborative and self-driven
• Are open to growth and learning
• Live in Reno/Sparks and have a valid driver’s license

• Creating a wide variety of marketing content in the form of blogs, digital ads, printed collateral, video scripts and social media content in collaboration with the writing team
• Proofreading and copy editing
• Participating in campaign brainstorms and experiencing internal and client meetings
• Assisting in the planning, production and post-production of video shoots
• Supporting, collaborating with and learning from the creative, social, digital and account teams
