About the Position The Heavy Civil Water/Wastewater Superintendent plays a key leadership role in managing the daily field operations for complex water and wastewater construction projects.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, this individual will oversee crews, subcontractors, equipment, and scheduling to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project execution. This is a boots-on-the-ground position for someone who excels in managing job sites, solving problems in real time, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. The role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who brings deep knowledge of water/wastewater systems and a hands-on management style.

Key Responsibilities:
