Construction Safety Manager

Pay: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month based on experience

Sparks, NV – On-Site

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Safety Manager (EHS) to join our team on a data center construction project. This role will focus on ensuring a safe and compliant job site across all phases of construction, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

• Lead and enforce site-specific safety programs in alignment with OSHA and project requirements
• Conduct daily safety walks, audits, and inspections
• Facilitate site orientations, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
• Monitor and guide subcontractor safety practices and hold teams accountable
• Investigate incidents, write safety reports, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain all required EHS documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Serve as the main point of contact for all field safety matters

• 3 + years of safety experience on large construction projects
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 construction standards
• Experience with data center or large-scale industrial projects is a strong plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example in the field
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
