Accounts Payable II

DPP is seeking an Accounts Payable II professional for an opportunity in Sparks, Nevada.

• In the Accounts Payable II role, you will reconcile vendor statements and follow up on discrepancies.
• You will be responsible for accurate coding, verification, and electronic entry of Accounts Payable data into an Automated Accounting System.
• Reconciliation of freight invoices to shipping database.
• You will perform research as requested by internal / external auditors and PMs.
• And you will maintain back-end scanning and record retention.

• Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems
• Analytical abilities, time management, organizational and communication
• Knowledge of Sales and Use Tax requirements is a Plus!

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required

• W2 position; 4 months; onsite
