Job Description: United Trades of America is seeking highly motivated and dedicated Outside Sales Representatives for a reputable roofing company specializing in residential and commercial new roof installations, roof inspections, roof repairs, gutters, and blow-in insulation. The company provides services throughout Birmingham, Gulf Shores, Fairhope, Huntsville, and all of South and North Alabama.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in growing the company s client base through door-to-door sales, cold calling, and other direct marketing strategies. This position is commission-based, offering substantial earning potential for those who are dedicated and capable of building strong customer relationships.

• Conduct door-to-door sales to identify potential clients for roofing services.
• Perform cold calling to generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Present and explain the company s roofing services, including new roof installations, inspections, repairs, gutter systems, and blow-in insulation to homeowners and business owners.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering recommendations.
• Manage your sales pipeline and track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude and clean appearance.

• Sales experience is required, preferably in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with and engage potential customers.
• A professional demeanor and appearance.
• Must be comfortable talking to and approaching strangers.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
