Irontown is an innovative modular construction company. We specialize in creating epic buildings from apartments to tiny homes—and we’re looking for a Full-Time enthusiastic, skilled and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This role is a support role to the Sales Team. It's all about managing and coordinating an average of 50 leads weekly. Connecting with people, building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping guide them toward the right solution for them.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:Lead Qualification & Assignment
- Review and qualify incoming leads from various channels (online/email/text/social/phone), schedule appointments for and assign leads to the Business Development Managers.
- Use a structured outreach cycle to contact leads, sequence unqualified leads & remove spam/fake leads while tracking metrics.
Ongoing Pipeline Management
- Follow up on active and past leads, complete tasks, update notes in Hub Spot.
- Revisit stagnant leads and dead deals to identify new opportunities and reconnect potential clients.
Client Outreach & Relationship Building
- Make daily outbound calls and set appointments for BDMs using provided scripts.
- Assist in outreach strategy, including compiling data, lists using AI scripting, maintaining and updating outreach spreadsheets and initiating mail merges.
Market Research & Sales Support
- Prepare reports, compile lead lists, support marketing efforts and assist with daily administrative tasks for the sales team.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting findings, report on leads and trends from previous weeks.
- The Sales team may occasionally require this position to help with coordinating booths and setup for shows at show site.
Industry Knowledge
- Learn Irontown’s product line and use this knowledge to qualify leads effectively and answer initial questions.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Customer-focused with a friendly, professional manner.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or lead qualification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Hub Spot CRM experience is a plus.
Salary range: $18:00 - $20:00 / hour negotiable plus outbound commission opportunity
