Regulatory Compliance Specialist, QA Specialist / Manager
Schedule:
3:30 pm- 1:30 am Monday through Thursdays, with overtime on Friday as needed.
Performs the following types of duties:
Conducts & documents daily packaging audits in Manufacturing to assure cGMP and regulatory compliance, conducts & documents audits of issuing and processing areas to assure cGMP and regulatory compliance, audits line- clearance procedures, identifies areas of non- compliance and works with operations to correct these. Conducts inspection of initial run of new products, acts as liaison between QA & Operations on quality issues relating to operations, work with Operations on continuous improvements, releases packaging components lots and / or finished products lots as required, completes Red Zone Audits;
performs other related duties as assigned. Expected to spend over 90% of the time in Manufacturing.
- Conducts & documents daily packaging audits to assure cGMP and regulatory compliance
- Conducts & documents audits of issuing, and processing areas to assure cGMP and regulatory compliance
- Audits line- clearance procedures
- Audits line clearance procedures using Red Zone checklists
- Acts as liaison between QA & Operations on quality issues relating to operations
- Works with Operations on continuous improvements
- Releases packaging components lots and / or finished product lots as required
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- High School diploma/ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of cGMP's
- Knowledge of NSP SOPs relating to job duties
- Knowledge of Excel and word documentation and NSP's ERP system
- Knowledge of workplace safety
- Skill in using analytical balance and scales Skilled in keeping accurate records & reports, filing of documentation
- Forklift license will be required
