Join our dynamic team as a Parts Counter Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and supporting our automotive operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist all customers, including retail and shop clients, in selecting the required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

- Inform customers of companion part requirements, current specials, and promote the full product line to enhance their purchasing experience.

- Answer phone inquiries, providing accurate price quotes and relevant information to support customer needs.

- Review body shop estimates to ensure the correct parts are ordered and that all pricing aligns with the estimate.

- Provide high-level service to both internal teams and external customers, fostering positive relationships.

- Pull and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items or shop materials that require immediate attention to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related role is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
