* Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process, ensuring full compliance and disclosure on all vehicle deliveries
* Generate additional income through the sale of insurance products, service contracts, maintenance plans, and vehicle protection products
* Partner with the General Manager to benchmark and achieve dealership F&I performance goals
* Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences## Finance Manager

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required
* Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, Route One, and eLeads preferred
* Proven ability to complete all retail deliveries and required documentation
* Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability and exceed performance goals
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office, internet proficiency, and basic math skills
* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
