Base pay range: $17.13/hr – $26.15/hr

• Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests.
• Provide various customer services.

• Perform effective production, merchandising, and customer service related to the sale of merchandise.
• Use cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and production equipment safely.
• Assist in decorating and merchandising the department.

• Maintain and clean floors, keep supplies in proper areas, and keep the department organized.
• Handle telephone calls and orders promptly and courteously.
• Keep merchandise and supplies in their proper areas.
• Maintain customer records and files properly.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting items.
• Assist customers promptly and with great service.
• Help design and create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders.
• Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements, fill balloons, and adhere to proper signage.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and state and federal laws.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures as applicable.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Experience in grocery retail and customer service.
• Experience operating a cash register and making change.
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Package orders safely and efficiently.
• Keep merchandise, supplies, carts, tools organized.
• Maintain floors, keep clean, safe, and free from clutter.
• Maintain plants, process, prepare flower arrangements, fill balloons.
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality, space allocation.
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable.
