Position: Customer Service Representative

Pay: $16.66 per hour plus tips. Eligible for paid sick leave (WA State law), employer‑sponsored medical benefits for qualifying full‑time employees, and employee discounts.

The following is a general description for all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Perform basic arithmetic and handle monetary change accurately.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, and reaching tasks are part of the position as described in detail in the original description.

Deliver product by car to customers; deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and access to an insured vehicle.
