Mig Welder​/Fabricator

Based on the outskirts of Spalding (own transport required due to location).

We are seeking experienced MIG Welders/Fabricator to join a busy and skilled team. This role involves fabricating and welding mild steel, along with some fitting and on-site installation work.

• Temporary ongoing position, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate
• Occasional travel and overnight stays required (2–3 days per week)
• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Overtime available, paid at time and a half
• Immediate start available, subject to successful welding test
• No formal qualifications required, but prior experience in MIG welding is essential
