General Operative - Assembly

We are currently looking to employ a General Operative (Assembly).

For more than 30 years, we’ve been passionate about designing, manufacturing, and retailing quality garden lifestyle products that help our customers make the most of their outdoor spaces. As garden building specialists, we’re proud to deliver our products directly to our customers using our very own fleet, ensuring care and quality every step of the way.

This job is based out of our Gosberton site – PE11 4HG
. You will be fully trained in assembling and packing the components of the product.

Job includes:

• Packing products as trained to do so
• Assembling components and products to the drawings issued
• Ensuring the quality of each component/product is assembled to a high standard before it leaving the assembly to go to packing
• Keeping the area you are working in clean and tidy
• Good communication when working in a team
• Always working in a safe manner
• Ensuring the quality of each component is packed to a high standard
• Tools to be returned at the end of the shift ready to start for the next morning

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Timber experience

Desirable:

• Forklift License

  Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30 and Friday 07:30 – 13:30
• 29 days holiday including Bank Holidays
• £12.21 p/h
