The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK.

We are hiring Warehouse operatives with FLT licence ( reach or counter balance ) to work in a chilled warehouse environment for our client based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Shift: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday Days or Nights

Hours:

18.30 to 05.00 on Nights 06.00 - 18.00 Days

Pay rate: £13.47 basic (£15.10 inc hol pay ) Days £14.37 (£16.10 inc Holidays) Overtime at x 1.5 after 45 hours worked

• Accurately pack goods for shipping and storage. Stack items safely and efficiently.
• Pick items as per the guidelines provided.
• Inspect packaging for damage or defects and report any issues immediately.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, including packaging trays and surrounding areas.
• Monitor product quality and remove defective products from the line.
• Move goods aroud site and load trailers.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
• Prior experience working in a similar warehouse role.
• Must hold a valid Counter balance of Reach FLT Licence.
