Sacco Mann is working with a respected law firm to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Property department. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise within a well-established, client-focused firm, working on a wide range of commercial property matters.

Key Duties

• Advise clients on commercial property development transactions, including site acquisition, planning, construction, and disposal of completed developments

• Handle commercial landlord and tenant matters, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on leases, amendments, and terminations

• Manage investment property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio management

• Advise on specialist property sectors, such as agricultural/rural property, mineral and aggregate extraction, and renewable energy projects

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE in commercial property law, with experience across development, landlord & tenant, or investment transactions

• Strong knowledge of UK property law, conveyancing, and commercial real estate regulations

• Proven experience managing a high-volume caseload and meeting tight deadlines

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Commercially minded, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the ability to deliver practical advice for clients
