Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
Whether phonics or fractions are your passion, Heart of Supply is supporting schools across Spalding seeking strong KS1 Primary Teachers to join their teams. As a KS1 Primary Teacher, you'll bring a secure understanding of the primary curriculum, a flexible approach, and the ability to engage learners of all abilities. With your creativity, resilience, and calm classroom presence, you'll play a key role in helping children achieve their best academically, socially, and emotionally.

What you will need:- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1 in a UK school
- Confidence delivering early years phonics, reading, and numeracy in line with the national curriculum
- Strong classroom management with a nurturing and encouraging approach
- Ability to adapt lessons for a range of learning styles and developmental stages
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
