RolePurpose:
We are now recruiting for a Project Sales and Delivery Coordinator to join the Project’s team in the UK to strengthen our sales and delivery capability. They will report directly to the Project Sales Manager.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:- Handle in bound enquiries via email or telephone.
- Work with Estimators, Design Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project managers to provide a technical proposal to meet customer requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers and utilise internal pricing tools to compile an accurate quotation for the required solution.
- Communicate quotations to customers, work with colleagues to respond to any commercial or technical queries.
- Work with in house ERP and CRM systems to record the quotation and any associated follow ups.
- Track live quotes in the market, successfully negotiate with customers to convert quotations into live orders.
- Win orders in accordance with company guidelines and targets.
- Follow administrative procedures to set up new projects on ERP system and work with Accounts colleagues to establish invoicing and payment schedule.
- Provide the correct information to Purchasing colleagues for the procurement of the materials as set out in the quotation.
- Work with Design to set out parts list for the Site Engineers on site, as well as any required drawings and material submissions.
- Work with Project Managers and Site Engineers to submit any RAMS and arrange for any access equipment.
- Ensure that Site Engineers are aware of the requirements of the customer, and that everything is organised to deliver the project on budget, on time, and according to the technical brief.
- Record customer feedback and communicate to Marketing colleagues the required information to produce a project profile.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in similar roles
- Proven ability for successful communication with customers and colleagues.
- Able to understand the commercial importance of hitting targets and staying on budget.
- Confident and competent user of company software systems.
- Enthusiasm for learning technical solutions.
- Very organised and able to multitask across your workload.
