Overview
- Servicing and Commissioning of Smoke Ventilation systems
- Ensuring site compliance with BS9999 building regulations
- Working knowledge of ADB, BS9991, BS5839
- Able to work as part of an experienced team of engineers and be able to work autonomously
- An ability to physically check, maintain and diagnose mechanical & electrical systems, and undertake remedial work when required.
- Understanding of electrical circuits within control panels
- An ability to problem-solve, think outside of the box and provide thorough solutions
Position Requirements
- 3 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Site experience, ideally holding a CSCS Card, IPAF etc.
- CITB H&S Qualified (SSSTS, IOSH, SEATS) advantageous
- 18th edition or any electrical qualifications advantageous
- Full uk driving license
Willing to work away (although not often )
