Service Users: YPs aged 5–17 | Trauma, Abuse, Neglect, Attachment Difficulties
Qualifications
Required:
Level 3 Children & Young People Workforce (essential), Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
Experience in Years
Required:
Minimum 2 years residential childcare + 1 year management/supervisory experience

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is either ready to step up into management or seeking a fresh challenge within children’s residential care.
You will be a strong, therapeutic‑led leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop teams while providing a stable, nurturing, and structured environment for children with complex emotional needs.
You must be confident managing staff, understanding legislation, and delivering high‑quality, child‑centred care within an Ofsted‑regulated setting.
