Shift Details:

• Full‑time (37.5 hrs / week)
• 08:00am – 22:00pm, Monday to Sunday (shift patterns vary depending on weekly activities; maximum 08:00am‑22:00pm)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide life‑changing residential care for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
• Assist with personal care routines and daily activities.
• Participate in and facilitate activities such as walking, sport, swimming, bingo, gaming, volunteering, gardening, shopping, socialising, cinema outings, music and TV, and community engagement.
• Support individuals to live independently, achieve personal goals, and promote choice, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care and support.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and records.
• Adhere to DBS requirements and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence is desirable.
• Relevant experience in residential support or care preferred.
