AboutThe Role
We look for Support Workers who are good communicators (verbally and in writing), patient, confident and enthusiastic about caring for others, able to use their own initiative, work as part of a team, flexible to work a varied shift pattern to provide 24‑hour support, and share our AFG values.

We work flexible shifts which may include Days, Waking Nights, Sleep‑ins and Weekends.
PayYour pay – our Support Workers receive a rate of £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. Once you are successful for a role with us, full details of your pay will be included in your written offer.
