About Position: The Java Backend Lead Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems using Java technologies. This role combines hands‑on coding with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high‑quality software delivery and guiding a team of developers.

What You’ll Do:

• Designs and develops enterprise‑grade, high‑volume backend systems using Java/JEE and related technologies.
• Oversees the full development lifecycle—requirement gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to a team of developers.
• Architects and integrates RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend interfaces with databases, caching, and messaging systems.
• Ensures code quality and reliability through best practices like Test‑Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops integration.

• Core Java (OOP, collections, multithreading)
