Refrigerant Pipe Installer

Encore Mechanical is seeking experienced Refrigerant Pipe Installers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of ACR copper piping practices, takes pride in clean and precise workmanship, and works well in a team-oriented environment. We value professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude just as much as technical skill.

• Install refrigerant piping systems in accordance with industry standards and company quality expectations
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of general ACR copper piping rules and best practices
• Perform accurate pipe fitting, including proper cutting, deburring, and reaming
• Execute clean, high-quality brazing practices
  , including flowing nitrogen during brazing
• Read and interpret drawings and perform proper system layout
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Coordinate effectively with team members and other trades

• Proven experience installing refrigerant piping systems
• Strong understanding of ACR copper piping standards
• Skilled in pipe layout, fitting, and precision brazing
• Experience flowing nitrogen during brazing operations
• Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

• Familiarity with VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems
• Bilingual
