Job Title: Aesthetic Device Outside Sales Representative
Location: Dallas, Texas
Job Type: Full-time
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and specialize in selling cutting-edge aesthetic medical devices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aesthetics industry, a strong sales background, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, presenting our innovative products to aesthetic professionals, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spas, and other aesthetic professionals.
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of aesthetic devices to prospective clients.
Create customized sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, support, and education.
Territory Management:
Effectively manage time and resources to maximize sales productivity.
Track and report sales pipeline
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, product) to support business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales, preferably within the medical device or aesthetic industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation & Benefits:
- 100% Commission Based
