This Role Exists To Do One Thing:
Add revenue — and get paid more when you do. The base salary covers execution.
M3 Networks is hiring a Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to run execution across sales, marketing, and account management. You will keep deals moving, vendors aligned, and clients supported — and you will earn commission directly tied to the revenue you help create and close. This is not a passive admin role. This is an execution + accountability role with upside.
WhatYou’ll Own
- Revenue Operations
- Make sure every lead is handled and followed up
- Keep the CRM clean, accurate, and current
- Support sales conversations and deal progression
- Enforce pricing and service guardrails
- Prevent deals from stalling or slipping
- Marketing Agency Management
- Manage our external marketing agency
- Translate business needs into clear direction
- Keep campaigns aligned with sales reality
- Track deliverables, timelines, and results
- Hold vendors accountable
- Account Management Support
- Support client communication and lifecycle touchpoints
- Ensure renewals, expansions, and follow-ups don’t get missed
- Help maintain a clean, professional client experience
- Own the mindset that nothing falls through the cracks
- Base salary pays for ownership and execution
- Commission is earned by:
- Revenue you help close
- Revenue that moves because of your follow-up and coordination
- Revenue that would have stalled without your involvement
As revenue increases,
your total compensation increases
. On-target earnings are approximately $150,000 for someone who consistently adds revenue.

RequirementsRequired
- Experience in sales ops, revenue ops, marketing ops, or account management
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfort working across sales, marketing, and client-facing functions
- Experience managing vendors or agencies
- Ability to prioritize and act independently
Preferred
- CRM experience
- Experience working with marketing agencies
- Interest in long-term growth into revenue leadership
Industry experience is helpful, not required.
- Base: $65,000–$85,000
- Commission:
Directly tied to revenue added - OTE: approximately $150,000 for strong performance
