Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.
We Offer:
- Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
- No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.
- All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy

Scheduled weekly hours in the range of 10-35hr per week depending on preference.

Here's what you’ll be doing:
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
