As a Sales Associate, you set the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in our store. Your role helps establish Lens Crafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
• Actively contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff (Target Host partners).
• Maintain the store’s appearance, taking pride in displays and inventory cleanliness.
• Promote an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
• Ability to embrace new technology and change with high accuracy.
• Strong sales skills and accountability for results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Self‑motivated, multi‑tasking ability, and flexibility in a fast‑changing environment.

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
