Aerie - Sales Leader

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results while upholding company values.

• You have a passion for driving sales: maximize Fitting Room and Sales floor productivity and build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience, supporting Store Leadership to maximize business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You're a people leader: motivate and inspire the team through AEO core values, model service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room, and hold associates accountable.
• Talent and training: recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs, and train/develop associates to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork and coaching: set clear goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide real-time feedback, motivate and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Visual & operational innovator: execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and align with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity: maintain store safety, adhere to Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.
