About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Release Engineer to join our Wealth and Asset Management technology team. In this role, you will architect and implement structured, automated release management processes that enhance system reliability and delivery efficiency. You will be responsible for ensuring that new features, enhancements, and bug fixes are deployed smoothly while maintaining optimal system stability and minimizing service disruptions.

Release Process Design and Implementation

  Define, establish, and maintain clear, consistent release processes across engineering teams

  Develop comprehensive documentation for all release procedures and conduct team training to ensure process adoption

  Categorize and manage release cycles including major releases, minor updates, and critical bugfix deployments

  Oversee the complete release lifecycle from source code management through production deployment

Automation and CI/CD Leadership

  Design and implement automated, reproducible release processes using modern CI/CD tooling

  Build and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines

  Eliminate manual deployment steps through intelligent automation and scripting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Monitoring, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement

Minimum Qualifications
Education

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field from an accredited university

Experience

  5-7 years of progressive experience in release engineering, Dev Ops, or site reliability engineering roles
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  Demonstrated experience in financial services, asset management, or similarly regulated industries
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0" style="">
  Proven track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks in production environments

Technical Skills

Platform and Infrastructure

  Expert-level proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating environments
