What we are looking for:

A motivated and experienced project manager to be based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) or Austin area, who responsible for ensuring a smooth transition during our acquisitions and denovos (new builds) by proactively managing relationships, openly communicating with key stakeholders, and enforcing high standards. This is a highly visible position that will work closely with the executive team and department heads to ensure a seamless integration of new practices.

Our ideal candidate will have proven results in successfully managing complex projects, great relationship building skills, and the ability to exceed customer expectations.

What you'll do:

Develop planning, organization, execution, and communication for all acquisition integrations.

Work in close partnership with all departments, ensuring smooth and efficient communication of project updates.

Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects and ensure the business objectives are met.

Regularly report on progress, milestones, and risks associated with each implementation.

Conduct regular project meetings and be responsible for project training and analysis.

Maintain high level knowledge of clinic processes including scheduling, clinical workflows, human resources, vendor set up, billing practices etc.

Build the implementation team including people, tools and processes while setting the standard highs.

Identify and implement best practices for the M&A integration process, developing repeatable and scalable processes.

Establish strong working relationships with providers, peers, direct reports, clinic teams to ensure high engagement and to build a highly collaborative environment.

Serve as day-to-day relationship manager with key individuals at acquired practices from closing of practice until completion of integration and associated handoff to Operations team.

Asses, manage, resolve, and escape risks and/or issues.

Analyze and troubleshoot workflows to identify patterns, trends, and process improvement opportunities.

Other duties as assigned.

Interested candidates should have/be:

Willingness to travel as required (up to 50%).

Three (3) years related experience with project management required, preferably in healthcare.

Must be located near a major airport, preferably in Austin, TX or DFW area.

Hands on experience with M&A related work, strongly preferred.

Strong program management skills, including demonstrated ability to craft deliverables and process improvements

Ability to balance multiple priorities against ambitious timelines

Interpersonal, collaborative, and proven experience building relationships

Demonstrated ability to drive and implement cross-functional initiatives across a rapidly growing organization

Work Environment and

Physical Requirements:

Medical office, procedure/exam room and laboratory environment may include exposure to communicable diseases, blood borne pathogens, biohazards, or toxic substances. Daily activities may include standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
