M3 Networks is a growing managed IT services company looking for a high-impact leader to help scale the business to the next level.
This role is for someone who can operate as the general manager of the organization—owning growth, execution, and building the team and systems required to scale.
You will work closely with the founder, with significant autonomy and the opportunity to take on expanded leadership responsibility over time.
What You’ll OwnThis is a leadership role with real responsibility. You will be accountable for building a stronger business—not just maintaining one.
Growth & Revenue Leadership
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute growth strategies across sales, marketing, and client retention
- Help define service packaging, positioning, and pricing strategy
- Build predictable pipelines and scalable growth systems
Operational Leadership (Run the Business)
- Own day-to-day leadership of the organization and ensure strong execution across teams
- Build and improve systems, processes, and accountability to support scale
- Establish performance metrics (KPIs), rhythms, and standards across the business
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly and effectively
Team Building & Talent
- Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing talent across service delivery and growth functions
- Build leadership depth inside the organization (not just individual contributors)
- Raise the bar on professionalism, urgency, and follow-through
- Create a culture of ownership, high standards, and execution
Client Experience & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
- Improve operational maturity across support, projects, and escalations
- Serve as an executive presence for key clients and strategic accounts
- Ensure delivery teams can scale without quality slipping

Required
- Leadership experience in managed IT services, IT consulting, MSP, or related B2B services
- Strong business judgment and operational maturity
- Proven ability to lead teams, create accountability, and execute
- Comfortable owning outcomes and being measured by results
- Ability to operate with urgency, structure, and high standards
Strongly Preferred
- Background in public accounting or experience working in a performance-driven, structured environment
- Experience scaling a company, division, or team through significant growth
- Competitive mindset (former athlete mentality is a plus): driven, disciplined, and resilient
- Strong communication skills with clients, team members, and leadership
- Revenue growth becomes consistent and measurable
- The business runs on systems—not heroics
- The team gets stronger, sharper, and more accountable
- Clients stay longer, buy more, and refer more
- The founder is able to step out of day-to-day operations over time
