A globally recognized leader in hot‑holding technology and food‑to‑go solutions is hiring a Cloud & Digital Systems Specialist to lead the rollout, performance, and evolution of its cloud‑based equipment monitoring platform across customer sites throughout the Americas. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and global collaboration. The Digital & Technology Manager owns system deployments, network integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization while partnering closely with the UK‑based digital and development teams.
You will be the technical authority in the region, trusted to operate independently, engage directly with customers, and ensure CONNECT performs reliably, securely, and s role is ideal for a technically strong, customer‑facing problem solver who thrives in autonomy, communicates clearly across teams and countries, and enjoys owning complex systems end to end.
- Lead deployment and ongoing management of the company cloud platform across customer locations
- Scope customer IT environments and recommend optimal system configurations
- Install hardware, perform firmware updates, and support system integrations
- Troubleshoot connectivity, data flow, and security issues related to customer networks and firewalls
- Work directly with customers during trial phases to resolve IT policy and security restrictions
- Collaborate with UK‑based digital and development teams on bugs, enhancements, and global updates
- Maintain system performance, uptime, and security standards
- Provide high‑level technical support and documentation for customers and internal teams
- Track issues and improvements through global digital issue‑management systems
- 5 - 8 years of experience in IT operations, digital systems management, or cloud‑based platform deployment
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security protocols
- Hands‑on experience with firewalls, Wi‑Fi performance, and commercial network environments
- Comfort using electronic tools for installations and updates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and global teams
- Proven ability to operate independently and manage projects end‑to‑end
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid passport, clean driving record, background, and credit history
- Experience working with international or global teams is strongly preferred
