Sr. Security Engineer SSO

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a Sr. Security Engineer SSO to join their team. As a Sr. Security Engineer SSO, you will be part of the Security Operations Department supporting cybersecurity initiatives and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organisation.

Sr. Security Engineer SSO (ONLY W2)

Location:
Southlake, TX/Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $65-70 (W2)

• Design, implement, and manage secure authentication solutions using Ping Federate, Ping , and Ping Access.
• Monitor and analyse emerging security threats, developing detection mechanisms to safeguard organisational assets.
• Troubleshoot complex security issues independently, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and infrastructure.
• Maintain and support security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and more.

• 5-8 years of experience with Ping Federate, Ping , and Ping Access.
• Hands‑on experience working with Docker technologies and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with Linux, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and penetration testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 2-5 years of security implementation experience.
