The Senior Painter & Finishes Tech works together with a team of people who combined are responsible for maintaining painted, stained, vinyl covered, and faux finished surfaces as well as furniture throughout the property, both inside and out.  The tasks for the Senior Painter & Finishes Tech will also include performing various work orders for preventive maintenance on property. The Senior Painter & Finishes Tech is also responsible for mentoring other techs as well as Aesthetic oriented members of the facilities team.

* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*** Serve as the property expert on all finishes and painting.
* Finish/refinish all surfaces on property to maintain “as new” appearance.  Finishes include but are not limited to paint, faux, vinyl, stained, tiled surfaces.
* Identifying and matching paint and stain colors.
* Resolves work requests for both internal and external guests, producing quality results in an efficient manner.
* Coach and mentor other Techs and provide them with knowledge and experience to help enhance their skills.
* Audit and inspect work of other techs and provide feedback, if needed.
