Job Description

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours (8 am – 5 pm). May volunteer occasionally on Saturday based on patient needs.
• Position: Full‑time.
• Location: 3081 – 100 W. Southlake Boulevard, Southlake, TX 76092.
• Start Date: Immediate openings available.

• Experience (a plus): Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor), mental‑health roles (QMHP, behavioral health technician), camp counselors, paraprofessionals, caregivers, life‑skill assistants.

• High School/Associate’s Degree: $15.50–$23.50 per hour.
• Bachelor’s Degree: $16.50–$25.50 per hour.
• Master’s Degree: $17.50–$27.00 per hour.
• Note: First raise after obtaining RBT certification, typically within ~3 weeks.

• Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
• Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to remain engaged with children.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
• Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.

• At least 18 years old.
• High‑school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, squatting, and moving quickly with young children.
• Frequent floor activity (getting on/off the floor).
• Maintain an active pace throughout the day.
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally assist a nearby sister clinic if needed.
