Located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with 12 facilities plus virtual therapy services, we are a leading mental health provider dedicated to offering comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) for both adults and adolescents.
Position SummaryDay-to-day job functions include facilitating psycho educational groups and process groups, completing treatment plans and updates, and active engagement with a dynamic treatment team. This team member will also assist in the development and implementation of a holistic, evidence-based curriculum that focuses on addressing patient symptoms and building necessary skills to assist our patients in connecting back to what matters most while establishing a clear path to long-term wellness.
Responsibilities- Facilitate psycho educational groups and process groups.
- Complete treatment plans and updates.
- Engage with the treatment team to support patient progress.
- Assist in developing and implementing a holistic, evidence-based curriculum.
- Address patient symptoms and help build skills aligned with long-term wellness.
- Ensure that your available time is updated on the PRN availability calendar.
- Cannot deny three (3) provided shifts within each quarter.
- Respond to coverage requests by leadership within 48 hours.
- Attend all training/in-service to stay current with process and policy updates; if unable to attend, communicate with your primary supervisor to receive information.
- Education:
Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or equivalent field. - License:
Current unencumbered clinical license (LPC, LPC-A, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDC) per state of practice guidelines. - Experience:
Experience working with individuals who struggle with mental health and substance use, or equivalent experience. Dual diagnosis background. Experience working in higher levels of care (inpatient, residential, PHP, IOP). - Additional Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of and adherence to ethical guidelines as well as state and federal guidelines and compliance regulations (HIPAA, Mandated Reporting, etc.). Employees will also maintain adequate professional liability insurance.

For private practice therapy and medication management, the applicant must have discontinued or transferred their treatment to a provider or providers outside of the facility. For PHP/IOP services, the applicant must have been discharged from the program at least 2 years before applying for employment
