Project Manager – Commercial HVAC (VRF Systems) Encore Mechanical, LLC – Southlake, TX (Dallas–Fort Worth Area) Lead VRF Projects With a Team That Sets the Standard

Encore Mechanical, LLC is a recognized leader in advanced commercial HVAC solutions, specializing in high‑efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pump systems
. We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from concept through completion and help deliver the best VRF installations in the region.

As a Project Manager at Encore Mechanical, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle—ensuring coordination, communication, and customer satisfaction at every step. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close‑out documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams on estimating, proposals, and equipment procurement
• Monitor project progress to maintain quality, cost, and safety standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and increase project efficiency

• Experience in commercial HVAC project management or construction project coordination
• Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Familiarity with project documentation, scheduling tools, and budgeting processes
• Knowledge of VRF systems or high‑efficiency HVAC technologies (preferred, not required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field — or equivalent experience
