Thomas Humphreys Farmers Insurance in Southlake, Texas, is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable person to join our team as a Full-Time Appointment Setter and administration. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing all of their queries. • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.

• Property & Casualty/ Life & Health License - NOT Required but would prefer one or both.
• Can pass a background check
• High School graduate or higher.
• Responsible and dependable
• Reliable transportation
• Customer Service experience- 2 years plus
