Overview2020 Companies is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Support Specialist to join our team! As an Operations Support Specialist, you will support the Sales Operations team by managing reporting, validating data accuracy, and maintaining operational documentation. This position requires strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring clean, accurate data that supports leadership decision‑making and business growth.
AdvancedAdministrative Skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in VLOOKUP and complex formulas
- Ability to build and manage multi‑sheet workbooks
- Data validation and error‑checking techniques
- Conditional formatting and logical functions (IF statements)
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify discrepancies
- Comfortable working with audit reports and reconciliations
- Experience cleaning and manipulating data for reporting purposes
- Experience with reporting dashboards
- Exposure to sales operations or retail reporting
- Familiarity with CRM or workforce management systems
- XML Connector experience is a plus
- Competitive hourly pay: $18.00 – $20.00
- Weekly pay
- Hybrid schedule (after training)
- 2–3 days in office (Southlake)
- 2–3 days remote

- Partner with key stakeholders to provide operational support for both field management and internal teams
- Communicate in a timely and professional manner with all employees and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive new hire experience by entering accurate and detail oriented data
- Maintain excellent data integrity within all operations related systems
- Manage and troubleshoot access to all operations related systems
- Ensure new agent information is appropriately communicated to internal/external clients (uniforms, badges, business cards, system usernames/passwords, etc)
- Provide accurate and timely information in response to all inquiries and general correspondence
- Receive and send packages and general mail Effectively create and maintain reporting spreadsheets
- Maintain a high-level of customer service during inbound/outbound calls
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Promptly update data in reporting systems; ensure data integrity through audit/review
- Accurate tracking of travel/field expenses
- Ensure reporting accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Business degree preferred - 1 year administrative and/or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively; paying close attention to detail
Demonstrate initiative and follow-up with customers - Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Manage stress appropriately
- Make decisions under pressure
- Manage anger/hostility or other emotions appropriately
- Work alone
- Work in confined or crowded areas
This is a ‘Sedentary’ position; there will be prolonged periods of sitting, exerting up to 10 pounds of force may be occasionally required. Additionally, this position will be required to:
- Sit for 2+ hours per day
- Hear alarms/telephone/tape‑recorders/horns/normal voices
- Bend at waist, occasionally
- Have clarity of vision
