Branch Support Administrator - Commercial Pest Control

Our company is seeking a dedicated and organized Branch Administrator to manage the efficient and effective administration of branch operations. As a Branch Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation and helping us grow.

• Answering telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Processing messages and information requests from clients promptly and professionally.
• Using Pest Pac to maintain accurate route lists of accounts to be serviced each month and monitoring routes to ensure timely completion.
• Processing all new account sales, price changes, cancellations, and other revenue-related accounting changes using Pest Pac.
• Completing accurate and timely monthly reports for management and the corporate office.
• Processing all branch purchases and expenses to ensure correct allocation and timely payment.
• Maintaining customer files, including all associated filing, correspondence, and special requests.
• Supporting the Sales Team and Management as needed.
• Assisting the Service Team as needed, including purchasing of equipment and chemicals.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• At least two years of work experience in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to accurately type at least 40 words per minute.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
