Milbern Ray & Company is a family‑owned, full‑service CPA firm with over 50 years of experience serving clients with complex tax matters and comprehensive financial reporting needs. We are seeking a full‑time Senior to join our Client Accounting & Advisory Services team.

This position will be dedicated to supporting a couple specific clients, serving as their primary bookkeeping and financial reporting resource. This is a high‑visibility role with opportunity for long‑term growth within the firm.

• Manage all day‑to‑day bookkeeping functions (primarily Quick Books)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Review and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger activity
• Maintain debt, notes receivable, and investment schedules
• Process payroll and related reporting
• Ensure GAAP‑compliant financial reporting
• Perform financial statement cleanup and balance sheet organization
• Prepare supplemental schedules for investments and notes receivable
• Provide semiannual partner loan statements to numerous investment partners
• Maintain a secure client portal for transparency and documentation
• Serve as the primary accounting contact for the client
• Assist with the facilitation and documentation of client debt and ownership agreements

• Strong proficiency in Quick Books and Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statements
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines
• Professional communication skills and team‑oriented mindset
• Public accounting experience preferred, but not required
