Cedar View Investments is hiring a full-time Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our investment team. This is a career-track opportunity for someone who is hungry, coachable, and wants to learn real estate investing firsthand while building strong earning potential.

This is not a lead generation role where you grind calls and pass leads off. This is a true acquisitions role where you will learn how to speak with sellers, analyze deals, negotiate contracts, and get agreements signed. You will get real mentorship, training, and learn a proven system.

  • Sellers are not followed up with consistently
  • Response time is too slow
  • No one tracks the pipeline

What you will receive at Cedar View Investments

Leads and seller opportunities (ramp-up support)

You will have access to seller leads and opportunities immediately, along with training on how to build your own pipeline long-term. Leads are provided so you can focus on following up fast, building rapport, and closing deals.

Real mentorship, not “figure it out yourself”

You will receive guidance and feedback on:

  • Offer strategy and negotiation
  • Underwriting and deal analysis
  • Creative deal structures to succeed in any market

You will learn how to run numbers the right way, including:

  • Calculating ARV and finding comps
  • Creating rehab budgets
  • Making offers that make sense
  • Exit strategy thinking (flip, rental, BRRRR)
Small team environment with high standards

No getting lost in a huge office. Perfect environment for learning the business and sharpening your skills.

Path to licensed agent role (optional)

If you are not licensed yet, you can start in acquisitions and transition into a licensed agent path for additional commission opportunities.

What you will do in this role

This is a full-time role built around activity, follow-up, and performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Call and text motivated sellers daily
  • Follow up consistently until you get a clear yes or no
  • Qualify seller motivation, timeline, and property details
  • Set appointments and attend walkthroughs as needed
  • Analyze deals and run numbers correctly
  • Present offers confidently and professionally
  • Negotiate terms and get agreements signed
  • Keep the pipeline organized and updated in our CRM

Requirements
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week minimum)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the field
  • Strong communication and urgency
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Real estate license not required to start (preferred, not required)
Compensation (Commission-Based)

This is a commission-only, performance-based role with serious earning potential for someone who executes. Top performers typically earn $125K–$250K+ per year.
