Job Summary
:
Tata Consultancy Services is a global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions. They are seeking an Engineer to create and maintain asset records, monitor asset management queues, and process incident and service task requests among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
:
• Create and maintain asset records in Service Now
• Monitor the asset management queue in Service Now, Monitor the desktop hardware request queue in SNOW
• Process Incident and Service Task requests, Update multiple spreadsheets for data tracking
• Ship IT equipment to end users via Fed Ex, Maintain proper inventory levels in IT storeroom, Place orders with procurement for hardware purchases, Process equipment requests for weekly new hires
• Use CDW website to monitor hardware shipments, Remove hard drives for equipment disposal
• Process hardware reclaims and returns
