Responsibilities
- Create and maintain asset records in Service Now
- Monitor the asset management queue in Service Now and the desktop hardware request queue in SNOW
- Process Incident and Service Task requests, update spreadsheets for data tracking
- Ship IT equipment to end users via Fed Ex, maintain inventory levels in the IT storeroom, place orders with procurement for hardware purchases, process equipment requests for weekly new hires
- Use CDW website to monitor hardware shipments, remove hard drives for equipment disposal
- Process hardware reclaims and return
Salary Range: $65,000 - $77,000 a year
