Overview
Position:
Desktop Support
- Infrastructure Services (IS)
Location:
Onsite at Southington, CT
Duration:
Contract
- Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using tools like Microsoft Intune, Autopilot
- Integrate drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into the base image
- Ensure images comply with organizational security and compliance standards
- Intune Autopilot Profiles, Power Shell scripting
- Azure AD join/hybrid join automations
- Manage and deploy Windows updates, feature upgrades, and driver/firmware updates
- Validate updates in test environments before production rollout
- Endpoint Configuration & Policy Management, GPOs, Intune Device Configuration Profiles, Security Baselines, Compliance Policies
