We’re looking for a strong Desktop Support Engineer with solid experience in Desktop Management and Infrastructure Services.
Southington, CT 06489
32–34 hours per week | 3–4 days onsite (Local candidates only)
Experience:
6–8 years
- Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
- Integrate drivers, patches, security baselines, and required applications into base images
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards
- Configure and manage Intune Autopilot profiles
- Automate Azure AD join and hybrid join processes
- Deploy and manage Windows updates, feature upgrades, and firmware updates
- Validate updates in test environments before production rollout
- Troubleshoot update and deployment issues
- Manage endpoint configuration, GPOs, Intune device configuration profiles, security baselines, and compliance policies
