We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead our payroll operations and support a dedicated team. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone with technical payroll expertise and a passion for mentoring and process improvement.

$65,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Review and approve payroll reports, tax filings, and reconciliations
• Partner closely with HR and Finance on benefits, time‑keeping, and employee data
• Lead payroll audits and support internal and external reviews
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and systems

• 4+ years of payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
• Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel skills
• Nonprofit or mission‑driven organization experience is a plus
