Job Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) – Skilled Nursing – Hartford Health Care – Southington Care Center. Southington Care Center is a 130‑bed skilled nursing facility specializing in rehabilitation services and known for its compassionate, high‑quality care. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your assessment skills to improve outcomes in a well‑staffed environment with a mix of seasoned and newer team members.
Location & ShiftLocation:
45 Meriden Ave, Southington, CT 06107. Shift: 3 p.m.–11:30 p.m., every other weekend, every other holiday.
