Deliver high quality professional service to internal and external customers, understanding all aspect of loan processing, ensuring requests are processed accurately within established credit guidelines and departmental procedures within 24 – 48 hours.
** What you will do
*** Deliver high quality professional service to internal and external customers, understanding all aspect of loan processing, ensuring requests are processed accurately within established credit guidelines and departmental procedures within 24 – 48 hours
* Ensure customer calls are answered promptly and appropriate coverage is available
* Prepare and monitor timeliness of lien and UCC releases
*
* Skills and Abilities

* Ability to effectively multitask in a fast paced environment
* Time management and strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to challenge the status quo and open to change
* Effective problem-solving skills as well as oral and written communication skills
* Self-Starter with ability to work well independently as well as with a Team
* Ability to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress toward goals and track activities.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite
* Working Knowledge of ALS, preferred
** Education Qualifications
*** H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
* Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred
* Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.

* The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 USD hourly. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
